Welcome to Voluntary Action Rutland
Voluntary Action Rutland (VAR) is a one stop shop for volunteers and organisations based at the Rutland Volunteer Centre in Oakham.
VAR combines the the services of a CVS (Council for Voluntary Service) and a Volunteer Bureau (VB) who work together for the benefit of the Rutland community.
VAR supports and promotes local voluntary action by providing advice, information and training.
We offer a wide range of services to the Rutland Community, however our main focus is services to vulnerable people
